We want you to love your Edie Parker purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the request and select your items.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Edie Parker box and shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
